In addition all our contract holders receive remote control and telephone support at no additional charge as well as discounts on equipment and services and priority call out. Our ability to remotely control your systems means that many problems can be resolved quickly without an additional visit to your site, which saves you time and money.

Many of our contract holders also opt for our Managed Backup Service where we ensure that your critical data is automatically backed up and stored securely off-site to enable you to recover should disaster strike. This service can be added to any of our support contracts.
