a2b will register and maintain the client’s domain name for the appropriate annual fee (please contact us for current fees and charges).
 

It is the client's responsibility to instruct a2b Technologies to renew their domains each year.
 

Confirmation by the client will be required, each year, for renewals to be effected. This may be via confirming email by the client. Domain names will not be registered or renewed without client confirmation in writing or by email.
 

Prior payment for domain name renewal or registration is required.
 

The client owns the domain name whilst the domain hosting agreement is in place.
 

a2b Technologies’ responsibility for a client domain name extends only to the registration of the name.
 

Agreement termination will occur where a client is determined by a2b Technologies as having a delinquent account (e.g. no prior payment for registration).
 

Technologies cannot be held responsible for the ownership of a domain name in cases of cancellation or termination nor for any losses to the client in such circumstances.
 

a2b Technologies will provide the client with control panel access to allow the client to manage their domain. Alternatively a2b Technologies can manage this on behalf of the client, chargeable at their prevailing rates.
 

Domains can be transferred from a2b Technologies at any time provided the client account is in good standing. A transfer request must be made to a2b Technologies via email. The domain will be unlocked and the domain key sent to the registrant within 3 business days.
 

In the event of domain expiry a2b Technologies can attempt to retrieve the domain. An administration fee of $150 will be charged and must be paid advance. The fee includes 1 year domain / DNS registration.
